優雅な停滞、甘美な怠慢。前作から六年もたってしまった。

歌舞伎座の桟敷席で幕間に三千八百円の弁当を食べたり、
アイスランドのノーザンライト・インで羊のソテを食べたり、
石垣島で山羊のソバを食べたり、
バリ島のアマヌサでミーゴレンを食べたりしているうちに、
時間のやつが勝手に過ぎて行っただけのことである。食ってばっかりで悪いか。すいません。

音楽を作ってばかりいることが必ずしも音楽的とも云えないだろうし、
音楽を作らないことが音楽的でないと必ずしも云いきることもできないのではないだろうか。
知らんけど。

「獅子は交渉しない/獅子は傲慢でよい」は、電子計算機上で各種電子音を生成/合成/加工/編輯して制作された二曲入りEPである。東京で作曲され、米国は紐育でマスタリングされた。

繊細な電子音の層を紡ぎ、ひとつの楽曲を緻密に織りなしていく。やたら糸偏の漢字が多いが、音の推敲は重ねに重ねた。これは、熱心のあらわれなので、聴くヒトも熱心をしてください(←シナロケの帯の糸井コピー)。

東京の電子音楽レーベルgocoupの第十五作。gocoupと書いてゴクウと読みます。
